Welcome to 58 Mayang. By booking a stay with us (whether via Airbnb, Booking.com, or directly through WhatsApp), you agree to the following terms. These ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all parties involved.

Bookings & Payment

• We accept bookings via Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct bookings through WhatsApp.

• Full payment is required upfront to secure your booking.

• For long stays (14 nights or more), we offer special rates and direct booking options — please contact us for details.

• All prices quoted are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM

• Check-out: By 12:00 PM

• Self check-in is available for all guests.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

Cancellations & Refunds (for Direct Bookings)

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will be charged the full booking amount.

• Refunds (if any) will be processed within 7 working days.

House Rules

• No smoking is allowed inside the house or suite. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas only.

• Pets are not allowed, unfortunately.

• Parties or events are allowed with prior approval via WhatsApp.

• Please respect our neighbors — this is a residential neighborhood.
  Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Security, Damages & Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for the condition of the property during their stay.

• We reserve the right to charge for damages, missing items, or additional cleaning required beyond normal use.

• A security deposit is required for direct bookings. This will be refunded within 7 working days after check-out, provided no damage is found.
